Bookings

In order to ensure availability of treatments and therapist preferences, please make appointments in advance. Appointments for longer than 2 hours will be held by credit card or gift certificate. Feel free to ask any questions before coming into the spa. our staff will be more than happy to answer any enquiries you may have, whether they concern  the active ingredients in the products we use, the set up of the spa, the staff we have available or anything else that may concern you. We are dedicated to ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied not only with our treatments but with our service as well.
Even if you are not a member of the Catholic Club or the Fitness centre you can still make use of the leisure centre's facilities. These include:
*                Swimming Pool (Swimming Cap & Towel Required)
*                Steam Room
*                Childcare Centre
When booking please let us know if you would like to use these facilities.
 

Cancellation

If for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice may result in full charges for the scheduled service.

If you have special time considerations please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate earlier and later appointments.

Arrival

Arrive at least 15 minutes early to your appointment to allow time to check in and change. Late arrivals normally do not receive an extension of time.
 

Attire and Belongings

Wear what makes you feel comfortable; we suggest that bathers or underwear be worn for all body and wet treatments . Disposable undergarments can be provided if necessary. Jewelry should not be worn during your body treatment.  During your body treatment, your therapist keeps your entire body draped and only undrapes that portion that is being massaged. We take no responsibility for loss or damage to your belongings. It is advisable to leave expensive items at home.
 

Making the most of your experience

Let the therapist know if the pressure is not adequate or too firm. Express your likes and dislikes and feel free to ask questions. Remember, the right way to spa is your way; experiencing a spa treatment is very personal so approach the experience in a way that makes you most comfortable.  Try something new by listening to the recommendations of spa employees or other guests. There is so much to try in the world of treatments - don't be afraid to explore these options. Advise your therapist of any medical conditions or pregnancy so they can advise proper treatments.
 
Mobile phones do not belong in the spa environment we ask that they be switched off at all times within the day-spa.
 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are also available from $50 and can be purchased in the spa or over the phone by credit card and posted to the recipient. These are redeemable for services and/or products in the spa.
